To join the SMR instantly online you will need a credit or debit card (sorry we cannot except Diners cards).
 
Fast-Track applications are only available to those who already have a "Guest Account".  If you are not sure if you have a "Guest Account" click here.
 
If you do not already have a "Guest Account" you will need to use the Standard Application form to apply for membership..
